As we prepare for the NSSEA School Equipment Show, it’s a good time to pause for a minute and analyze our just completed selling season – a season that was exciting for both its rewards and successes, but also for providing areas for improvement, to assure future success.

A key element of our successful 2012 was team selling with our dealers. As we discovered years ago, this collaboration re-proved itself to be highly effective. How can Smith System people help you? One of the areas that make us most optimistic about the future is our continued emphasis on accurate, timely order fulfillment with products of the highest quality.
