Since day one, Teshome has done an outstanding \u00a0job. Teshome is a stand out employee that always leads by example. He continues to look for ways to improve 5s and production. I am so thankful that Teshome is part of the Smith System Manufacturing Team.<\/p>\r\n<!--njba-quote-box-inner--><!--njba-quote-box-main-->\r\n<h2>Discover what Teshome does at Smith System, what he likes most about his job and what he enjoys doing outside of Smith System.<\/h2>\r\n<div id=\"attachment_3661\" style=\"width: 860px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3661\" src=\"https:\/\/smithsystem.com\/smithfiles\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/01\/Teshome.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"567\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-3661\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Teshome is at the distribution center transferring all of the materials used to manufacture Smith System products.<\/p><\/div>\r\n<h3>When did you start working at Smith System?<\/h3>\r\n<p>I started working at Smith System in May 2012.<\/p>\r\n<h3>What are some of your favorite aspects of your job?<\/h3>\r\n<p>I have several favorite aspects of my job. I love how we all work as a team here and that it is a safe place to work. \u00a0It is also a place where you can grow and I am extremely happy with management and my supervisors.<\/p>\r\n<h3>What has been your favorite thing so far about working at Smith System?<\/h3>\r\n<p>Working at Smith System makes me happy. Everything is organized, I do not have a lot of stress, and I enjoy my co-workers.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h3>What is the most challenging aspect of your job?<\/h3>\r\n<p>Summer is really busy and just making sure we are reaching our goals so we do not fall behind.<\/p>\r\n<h3>What has been your favorite vacation?<\/h3>\r\n<p>My favorite vacation is taking my three kids to Sea World in San Antonio.<\/p>\r\n<h3>What do you like to do outside of Smith System?<\/h3>\r\n<p>Outside of Smith System, I enjoy spending time with my family. We like to spend time riding bikes, playing soccer and helping my kids do their homework. I also enjoy fixing up things around my house as I have time.<\/p>\r\n<h3>If you could live anywhere, where would it be?<\/h3>\r\n<p>I moved to Dallas in 2004 from Ethiopia and I am thankful to live here in Dallas. I have not thought about moving anywhere else. I have a lot of family here and it is great when we all get together, so many kids running around the house.<\/p>\r\n<h3>What is your favorite food or restaurant?<\/h3>\r\n<p>My favorite restaurant is Olive Garden and my favorite food is any kind of food, thankful for whatever God gives us.<\/p>\r\n<h3>What&#8217;s one thing you could never live without?<\/h3>\r\n<p>I pray to God that I will always have my family.
