Discover the most challenging aspect of Chase&#8217;s job, his favorite vacation spot, and why he chooses to be a member of the Smith System team.<br \/>\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smithsystem.com\/smithfiles\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/04\/Chase_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/>\r\n<h2>How long have you worked at Smith System?<\/h2>\r\n<p>Over 3 years-when I first came in, I started as a lead-which we pretty much do everything like driving the forklift and several other responsibilities. Last year, I was promoted to Shipping Supervisor.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Why do you choose to continue to work at Smith System?<\/h2>\r\n<p>One big thing is the opportunity for growth at Smith System. If you are dedicated and hard-working, you will continue to move up at the company.<\/p>\r\n<h2>What is the most challenging aspect of your job?<\/h2>\r\n<p>I really do not think anything is challenging. You just need to show up on time and have the determination to grow and learn. I am so impressed with the culture at Smith System, every year gets better and better.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/smithsystem.com\/smithfiles\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/04\/Chase_01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smithsystem.com\/smithfiles\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/04\/Chase_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<h2>What are some of your favorite aspects of your job?<\/h2>\r\n<p>I love driving the forklift (it is a lot of fun) and staying busy especially in the summer months.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Now it&#8217;s time for some fun questions! If you could travel back in time, who would you want to meet?<\/h2>\r\n<p>Hmm&#8230;who would I want to meet? I would love to go back and meet my grandfather. He passed away before I was born and I have heard all of these amazing stories about him and how great of a person he was.<\/p>\r\n<h2>What has been your favorite vacation?<\/h2>\r\n<p>My favorite vacation was this past January. I went to Colorado with my friends and went skiing for the first time. It was so much fun. The first two days were hard, but on the third day, I had it down.<\/p>\r\n<h2>What do you like to do outside of Smith System?<\/h2>\r\n<p>I have a Jeep, and I really enjoy going off-roading with my friends. I also like to go camping and spend time with my family and fianc\u00e9e, Seselly. I am engaged and getting married in November!<\/p>\r\n<h2>If you had to choose one meal to eat every day, what would it be?<\/h2>\r\n<p>Every day&#8230;it would definitely be a rare steak. I love steak.<\/p>\r\n<h2>If you could have a superpower for a day, what would you choose?<\/h2>\r\n<p>I would love to have the superpower to fly- would be really cool to see the world from a top view and see how small we actually are.<\/p>\r\n<h2>What&#8217;s one thing you could never live without?<\/h2>\r\n<p>Probably my dogs.
