“Lauren Weinheimer has been with Smith System for 3 1/2 years and has done a phenomenal job! Lauren always strives to improve and grow in her role and has recently promoted to Senior Account Coordinator. She takes fantastic care of her clients, and she supports our less tenured team members during the day. Lauren always goes above and beyond to make things right for our clients, and she truly cares about giving her all each and everyday. When did you start working at Smith System?

I started working at Smith System in March 2017.

What is your job title?

I am a Senior Account Coordinator.

What do you do at Smith System?

Hm...what do we not do? ?? I process orders, work with end users, dealers and sales to do quotes and work in salesforce, reporting, proofing large orders and also main accounts. Smith System is a fun and great place to work.

What do you like most about your job?

Definitely the people I work with.

How has working at Smith System impacted your life?

Smith System has definitely helped me grow more as a person. I am more independent and self-assured.

What's your favorite part of the day?

My favorite part of the day is 2 pm when order entry is over!

What is your learning style?

I learn through trial and error and also by taking notes.

Now let's do some fun questions! What's your go-to restaurant or meal?

I LOVE mac and cheese. And my favorite restaurant is Ida Claire– I love that place!

What's a movie or show you love to watch over and over again?

Hm...that's a hard one. Right now, it is Yellowstone and my favorite channel is the ID channel.

What do you enjoy doing outside of Smith System?

I love spending time with my husband and my animals. I love spending time with my husband, he is my best friend. We met in high school but did not start dating until later on in life and have now been married for five years. We have a cat and dog.
